How to delete your account
If you want to delete your account in the "Svetlofor" app and all associated data, there are two ways to do this:
Method 1 - Through the app (recommended):
Launch the "Svetlofor" app on your device
Tap on the "Profile" section in the main app menu
Find and tap on "Delete Account", confirm your decision
Method 2 - Via email (if unable to delete through app):
Send an email to apps.alob@gmail.com with the subject "Svetlofor Account Deletion"
In the email, be sure to include your username in the app and confirm that you understand the consequences of deletion
We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation of account deletion
What data will be deleted
User data:
- Username
- Unique account identifier
- All app settings
Learning data:
- All learning progress
- Results of all completed tests
- Statistics of correct and incorrect answers
- Error data and work on them
- Progress on traffic rules topics
Technical data:
- Analytics data in Firebase Analytics
- Crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics
- Performance metrics in Firebase Performance
Deletion timeframes:
- Main data: deleted immediately
- Backup copies: deleted within 30 days
- Server logs: anonymized records stored for up to 90 days
- Firebase data: deleted according to Google's policy (up to 180 days)
